Alright, so this roleplay has alot of references in it...alot...ALOT. Most of them are obvious and intentional (EX. Stencer Estate) some are hidden jokes, and some are completely unintentional (Ex. that one comparing Rowen and that elf with Jesus and the Samaritan which Xigbar pointed out)
So I have decided that we should make a list of all these references. I'll update the list as we go along.

Xigbar and Demyx are both members of Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts. Note that their portraits look the exact same as the real deal. (The "real" Demyx is not gay, but he sometimes acts like it.) Also, Balthier (Which Brett insists is his real name) is a main character in Final Fantasy XII. He is known to use guns and airships.

I do not see how Rowen's little escapade could be associated with Jesus.
Also, Brett is also a shout-out to my buddy from new Zealand, who's name is actually Brett.
The Apprentice...yeah, we all know.
Sargeant Major Keyeson is a reference to Captain/Commander Keyes and Sargeant Major Johnson.
And Mavick, who is obviously a reference to Edward Elric.
And then theres the plot in general. Zombies, Left 4 Dead characters, that stuff. And lets not forget the Black Knights ever infamous line "One does not simply walk into Mor-I mean, Necromancy. Sorry, I was thinking about something else." Hell, the Black Knight himself is a reference.

And something I just noticed. Remember the Cabbage Man from The Avatar? Turn those cabbages into Blue Prints. Yeah...

According to to Winsett: Dark Bombs used by the U.C.C.R. are similarly named and used as those in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Pointed out by Brett: Brett pointed out The Mabinogi Woods (on the new map) as, according to him: shameless plagiarism. When IN FACT, I named it that in reference to the Mabinogion.

Well, there is a star wars game where you play as Darth Vader's secret apprentice.

that was his reference.
EDIT:
Richard Doe is a reference to the Soldier of Team Fortress 2, in mannerism and rocket jump ability. Also, the BLU Soldier's name is Jane Doe.
Also, Big Boss said his name was John Doe, which was later used for the A.I. J.D.
both these were references in Richard's name.

Actually, John and Jane Doe are references to the real world. It is just someone whose name is withheld for legal reasons or is just unknown.

It's often identified with those who are dead. It's common knowledge James ole' bean, however I decided to reference it towards those two.
